Service includes – Clean and inspect each system twice per year. Cleaning condensing unit, flushing
drain lines, inspecting all electrical components and operations, verifying proper thermostat operations, verifying proper refrigerant levels, inspecting heating operations, inspecting flue pipe connections, inspecting heat exchangers, verifying proper electric heat components (if applicable), verifying proper reversing valve and defrost operations on heat pump. Does not include filter replacements. Annual benefits include priority scheduling; 5% off equipment purchases; 10% off all services/repairs; weekend and after hour call out scheduling (if needed). We will change out your filters (we don’t supply them but will change them for you).
